When you see huccy verified on a listing — on huccy or on the seller's external link — it means we already have the item. The seller shipped it to us ahead of any sale, we inspected it against every claim they made, and it's in our warehouse ready to go.
If it goes sideways
7 days after payment with no shipment, the deal is auto-cancelled. You get a full refund. No claim, no waiting.
You choose: cancel for a full refund, or accept the item at a renegotiated price. We don't ship without your sign-off.
Shipping is fully insured. Contact support — we'll refund or replace. If huccy's report missed something, we re-inspect at no cost.

No. Each deal you run through huccy is identified by email — you'll get magic-link access to track status, read the inspection report, and approve. Accounts are optional and only useful if you use huccy regularly.
For huccy verified items (already in huccy's warehouse): we ship the same or next business day after you pay. For standard deals: the seller ships to us first, we inspect (24-48h), then ship to you. Usually 4-7 days door-to-door.
Your money is in escrow the entire time. If the seller doesn't ship within 7 days of payment, the deal is cancelled and you're refunded automatically. No claim form, no waiting on dispute resolution.
You find out at the inspection, before the item ships to you. If huccy's report shows it doesn't match the terms you and the seller agreed, you cancel for a full refund and the item never leaves the hub. No claim form, no waiting.
The listing price is what you pay. Payment processing and shipping are typically covered by huccy's per-sale fee paid by the seller. Anything extra (e.g., express shipping) is shown upfront — never added at checkout.
