Privacy policy

This policy will be generated via Termly (or equivalent GDPR-compliant generator) and customized for huccy's actual data flows — including the inspection-report storage, payment processor list, and escrow handling — before launch. The section structure below indicates the topics that will be covered.

1. Data we collect

Account data (email, name), deal data (items, prices, shipping addresses), and inspection report data (photos, condition notes). We do not collect more than we need to operate the service.

2. How we use it

To operate huccy: process deals, perform inspections, communicate about your orders, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data.

3. Payment processors

Payment data is handled by our payment processors (to be listed at launch); we don't store full card numbers.

4. Retention

Deal and inspection-report data is retained for the period required by tax law and as needed for dispute resolution. Account data is retained while your account is active.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. Requests via /contact.

6. Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies (functional only) on the marketing pages. The app at app.huccy.com follows its own cookie policy.

7. Changes to this policy
