Terms of service

These terms will be generated via Termly (or equivalent GDPR-compliant generator) and customized for huccy's specific data handling, payment processors, escrow flows, and inspection-report storage before launch. The placeholder structure below indicates the sections that will be present.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using huccy, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. The huccy service

huccy is a trust + fulfillment service for peer-to-peer secondhand deals: escrow, inspection, shipping, and dispute resolution.

3. User accounts

Some functionality requires an account on app.huccy.com. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

4. Fees and payments

Fees are disclosed transparently before any deal is initiated. See /sell for current pricing.

5. Inspection and disputes

Inspection reports are produced by our trained inspectors against the agreed deal terms, and are binding for the deal. Dispute resolution follows the published process.

6. Limitation of liability

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email to active users.
